Dear participants and guests of the 16th International Salon of the Security Equipment "Integrated Security — 2026"!
This year the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations main exhibition event leaves the Moscow region for the first time to be held on the hospitable land of the Republic of Tatarstan. I am confident that high organizational capability of one of the largest and dynamically developing Russian regions will lay foundation for efficient work in Kazan at the "Kazan Expo" International Exhibition Centre.
The concept of control over the four elements — fire, earth, air, and water — will shape the business and exhibition agenda. Fire safety, emergency management, protection of the critically important infrastructure, safety on water — each of these areas requires innovative solutions and close-knit teams of professionals.
Let me separately point out that in the run-up to the Salon opening a modern training area for firefighters and rescuers — a joint project of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia and the Republic of Tatarstan — will be established. This unique facility will be a constantly operating object for training the specialists, including the international partners.
Throughout its history the "Integrated Security" Salon has proved itself as the leading expert platform for the developers and manufacturers of the machinery and equipment, members of the scientific community, various government authorities and international partners. The Salon has built a reputation of the place where fundamental decisions that are further applied in the work of firefighters, rescuers, and specialists of the related spheres all over the country are taken.
I wish all participants and guests fruitful activity on the margins of the Salon, professional achievements, and new business connections.

Dear participants of the 16th International Salon of Security Equipment "Integrated Security", let me wholeheartedly welcome you at the hospitable land of Tatarstan!
This year is the first time the prestigious "Integrated Security" salon goes beyond Moscow and Moscow vicinities and takes place in one of the regions of our immense country.
Tatarstan is proud it has been granted the right to play host to such a major forum. We have everything in place — modern and high-quality infrastructure, vast experience of hosting large-scale international events, close-knit team.
A modern training area with five subject clusters has been established specifically for the "Integrated Security" salon: technogenic and fire safety, search and rescue operations, sports and administrative clusters. Such an extensive base is definitely designed not only for the needs of Tatarstan, but for the entire Volga Federal District. In general, this is a powerful boost for the development of regional response systems.
Today the "Integrated Security" international salon is an essential site demonstrating unique achievements in terms of security equipment. Here, the specialists are able to share their experience and exchange opinions.
I believe that our concerted efforts will remarkably contribute to the solution of common tasks aimed at ensuring integrated security and protection of citizens.

Also, do not forget to bring an identity document (passport), as it may be required for identification at the entrance. For convenience, you can pick up a clear badge holder with a lanyard at the accreditation desk in Pavilion A2.

Medical services at the Salon venue – the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre – are provided at the on-site medical station (located in the gallery near the entrance to Pavilion A2). An ambulance crew is also on duty at the venue.

We invite residents and visitors of Kazan to immerse themselves in the action-packed programme of the "Integrated Security" International Salon. During the days of the Salon, visitors will have the opportunity to explore the exhibition, watch the "Firefighter Olympus" open competition, view demonstrations of specialised vehicles and equipment, and enjoy a street circus performance.
In addition, on September 5, all visitors are encouraged to take part in workshops in Pavilion A1 in order to learn about modern technologies used in the field of safety.

Before visiting the event, we recommend reviewing the full list of items prohibited or subject to restrictions regarding entry onto the premises of the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre.
We ask visitors to plan the contents of their bags and personal belongings in advance to ensure the security screening process is as quick and convenient as possible for everyone involved.

Visitors arriving at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre by private vehicle may use parking zones P6, P7, and P8, as well as P9 (designated as overflow parking). Access to these parking areas is unrestricted; no vehicle passes are required.
Additionally, during the event, a free shuttle bus service will be provided for visitors between the Prospekt Pobedy metro station and the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre.
