Heads of the EMERCOM of Russia and Republic of Tatarstan signed a Letter of Intent to establish and organise the “Safety Planet” Life Safety Promotion Centre
The autonomous non-profit organisation will be established in the republic. This decision was made by the head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, Aleksandr Kurenkov, and the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov.
